About the Consortium

The Great Notley East Consortium comprises Bellway Homes, Bloor Homes, Martin Grant Homes and Miller Homes.

This group has come together to meet the strategic vision and aims of the proposals for Great Notley East and is working closely with Braintree District Council and Essex County Council to ensure this is achieved.

With over 250 years’ experience in housebuilding and construction between them, The Great Notley East Consortium is committed to working with local communities and stakeholders to create dynamic new developments that are accessible to all.
